2021 One Lovely Day Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Expressive lime, lemon butter and oily toast like aromas mix with some subtle but emerging kerosene notes. Concentrated and texturally full the palate is engulfed with ripe lime and citrus fruits which sit over green apple, a subtle oily toast and wet steel back drop. Crisp acidity finishing dry and long with a showy generosity.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
