2021 On The Wing Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black heart with a near equally deep dark red black hue. Wafting out of the glass are ripe plum, liquorice and vanillin oak scents followed by some confectionary and spearmint nuances. Rich plush dark plum and liquorice fruits infused with mint are sprawled across the medium to full bodied palate. Spicy vanillin oak and subtle earth elements lie underneath. Silky smooth tannins concluding long and succulent.
