2021 O’Leary Walker Polish Hill River Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a distinct greenish tinge to the edges. Intense lime and lemon aromas burst out of the glass trailed by orange rind, green apple, subtle wet steel and talcy mineral notes. Pristine and racy, searing acidity underpins the lime, lemon and granny smith apple fruits which are backed by wet steel, chalky talc and flinty mineral characters. Finishes dry and crunchy with an aftertaste that shows laser like precision.
