2021 O’Leary Walker Polish Hill River Armagh Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant and mulberry aromas are complimented by cedary tobacco notes, black olive, dried herbs and spice. Layered across the medium to full bodied palate are generous red to black currant and blueberry fruits which meld into a vanillin cedar, tobacco, dried herb and spicy black olive back drop. Sturdy fine grained tannin structure with a robust yet well fleshed mid length finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
