2021 Oakridge Yarra Valley Chardonnay

Fermented in barrel and matured on lees for 9 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted nectarine and white peach aromas intermingle with hints of grapefruit, subtle dried honey, cashew and delicate spicy nougat notes. Intensely flavoured the mid weighted palate is layered with fleshy white peach and nectarine fruits which overlay a cashew, dried honey, biscuity nougat and gun flint infused background. Gently creamy texture finishing long, fresh and highly refined.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
