2021 Neudorf Rosie’s Block Moutere Riesling Dry

Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense aromas of lime zest and lemon have a steely overlay with some orange rind and flinty mineral tail end notes. Crunchy lime, lemon and mandarin fruits are tightly wound by crisp mineral infused acidity with some wet steel and green apple characters lingering underneath. Finishes dry and tense with a long focused and zesty conclusion.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
