Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Pungent herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas infiltrate the nostrils with trailing notes of passionfruit, grassy asparagus and flinty mineral characters. Zippy passionfruit, lime and gooseberry flavours show terrific intensity over a herbaceous grassy character and flinty mineral infused back drop. Finishes dry and crunchy with a long refreshingly scrumptious aftertaste.
