Brilliant water like core with a greenish tinged rim. Nosing expels lime and granny smith apple scents followed by some chalky talc and mineral notes. Racy lime juice and granny smith apple flavours are underpinned by zesty acidity which gives the wine a lean, zippy feel. Flinty mineral characters linger on the back half. Finishes dry and very crisp with a crunchy aftertaste.
