Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Filling the nostrils are intense ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb aromas followed by hints of crème brulee and spicy nougat. Rich peach and honeyed apricot like fruits provide the palate with a mouth filling texture. Also chiming in are notions of crème brulee, subtle bacon fat, citrusy nougat characters and spice. Cream tinged finish with nicely balanced fresh acidity and a long rich aftertaste.
