Matured on lees in 30% new French oak for 10 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted nectarine and peach aromas are welded to dried honey, nougat, lemon butter and hints of spicy crème brulee. Rich and creamy textured the palate features mouthfilling flavours of ripe peach, nectarine, honeycomb and crème brulee over a nougat and spicy cashew back drop. Showing good balance and intensity it finishes with ample generosity and length.
