Pitch black heart with a deep dark purple red hue. Aromas of black cherry, liquorice and black olive emanate from the glass with hints of fresh herbs, earth and spice also evident. Mid weighted spicy black cherry and subtle liquorice fruits overlay vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Fine grained tannins and bright acidity finishing with a gently chewy medium length aftertaste.
