Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and Jonathan apple aromas intermix with hints of honeysuckle and musk. Nicely rounded mouthfeel with pear and green apple fruits overlaying lime and wet stone characters. Finishes dry with a lick of brisk acidity enlivening the aftertaste.
