2021 Moorilla Praxis St. Matthias Vineyard Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright red to dark red colour with a light crimson red hue. Delightfully complex the nose offers up intense dark cherry, wild strawberry, rhubarb and dried herb scents which intermingle with some forest floor, brambly cedar and spice notes. Silky textured and incredibly moreish the palate has an expansive flavour profile of red to dark cherries, strawberries and rhubarb which overlay a back drop of dried herbs, forest floor, brambly cedar and spice. Superb power wave with indiscernible, slippery like tannins leading into a long, gamey and very supple finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
