2021 Monterra Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced liquorice and blackberry aromas fill the nostrils followed by hints of black cherry, scorched earth and distinct blackpepper notes. Rich opulently textured blackberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits flood the mouth with toasty vanillin oak, scorched earth and blackpepper characters chiming in on the back half. Sturdy yet polished tannin structure concluding long, bold and succulent.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
