2021 Mont-Redon Reserve Cotes du Rhone Blanc

A blend of 50% Viognier, 40% Grenache Blanc and 10% Roussanne, cool-fermented in stainless steel at around 15 degrees over 4 weeks then matured in tank on fine lees for 5 months, without malolactic conversion.
Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of apricot, peach and citrus mix with hints of bees wax and ginger spice. Texturally rounded and voluminous in its feel the palate is amply endowed with peach, apricot and bees wax flavours which sit over a background of ginger and spice. Finishes dry with generous weight, refreshing acidity and a long spicy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
