2021 Ministry of Clouds Shiraz

Matured in a mixture of old French oak puncheons and large format oak for 10 months. 15% whole bunch inclusion. Pitch black core with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced blackpepper infused aromatics of red to dark plum, red liquorice and blueberry meld into some graphite, smoked meat and dried herb notes. Rich seductive spicy dark plum and liquorice fruits cast an opulent yet meaty like feel across the palate. Complexing the fruit profile are dried meat, infusions of incense and peppered herb characters. Fresh acidity and polished tannins with a long fleshy yet savoury conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
