Generously weighted with slightly chalky tannins and a touch of bitterness to the finish.
Matured for 18 months in French and American oak. Midnight black core with a dark red hue. Lifted blackcurrant aromas infused with black olive and tomato leaf are followed by cedary tobacco notes and a whiff of capsicum. Generously weighted palate with blackcurrant flavours intermeshed with tobacco leaf, capsicum, black olive and spicy cedar elements. Slightly chalky tannins with a touch bitter mid length finish.
