2021 Merricks Estate Pinot Noir

Supple and velvety with a finish that’s both savoury and spicy.

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a slightly rustic red hue. The olfactory senses are greeted with aromas of spiced cherry and strawberry followed by some subtle anise, rhubarb, dried herb and bramble notes. Supple and velvety, the palate is decorated with cherry, strawberry and rhubarb fruits which meld into a brambly dried herb, subtle anise and spicy earth back drop. Silky smooth tannins finishing savoury and spicy.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
