Deep dark red core with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Spicy dark cherry and plum aromas infused with fresh herbs are trailed by some anise, earth and smoky cedar notes. Juicy dark cherry, plum and anise flavours are nicely fleshed with some scorched earth, fresh herb and spicy cedar elements lying underneath. Bright acidity and polished tannins with a savoury mid length finish.
