A new range from Timo Mayer, fruit purchased from the Lusatia Park vineyard in Woori Yallock. Barrel fermented in older 300L hogsheads for 6 months before spending 3 months in stainless steel. Bright green gold. Transparent and restrained, this is gently nutty, with aromas of pink grapefruit and nashi pear. The palate is delicate and long, finishing with a refreshing, green apple acidity. Drink by 2026.
