2021 Maude Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. A pungent mix of passionfruit and gooseberries greets the nostrils with hints of lime, flinty minerals and herbaceous grassy notes also evident. Intense passionfruit and ripe gooseberry flavours flood the mouth underpinned by traces of lime, green apple, subtle herbaceous grassy characters and minerals. Finishes dry and crisp with juicy acidity and a long penetrating aftertaste.
