2021 Massena The Surly Muse Viognier

Naturally fermented and aged on lees in French oak barriques. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and apricot scents are complimented by some honeysuckle and ginger spice notes. Nicely textured yet also possessing a vivid sense of freshness the mid weighted palate features peach and apricot fruits over light honeysuckle and spice. Lively, generously spiced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
