2021 Maree d’Iome Fiano

Bright pale straw colour with a subtle shade of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and pear mix with Mediterranean herb and slatey mineral notes. Zingy lime and lemon fruits are underscored by crunchy acidity with a dash of mango and slatey mineral characters also making an appearance. Finishes dry and crisp with a zippy mineral laced aftertaste.
