2021 Main & Cherry Pinot Noir

Whole bunch fermented and aged in French oak for 6 months. Semi translucent slightly cloudy red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant sour to red cherry, winter strawberry and fresh herb scents combine with hints of clove, forest floor and spicy cedar. Delicious red cherry and strawberry fruits have an energetic feel with a dash of sour cherries also present. Lively acidity and polished tannins with subtle notions of dried herbs, forest floor and spice lying underneath. Excellent intensity with a long bright red fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
