2021 Mac Forbes Yarra Junction Village Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright red colour with a very light red hue. A fragrant mix of violets, red cherries and winter strawberries are followed by some fresh herb, forest floor and delicate spicy cedar notes. Light weight and very elegant the palate features crunchy red cherry and winter strawberry fruits over infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Lively acidity and finely grained tannins with a finish that’s fresh, focused and minerally.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
