2021 Mac Forbes Spring Riesling

Brilliant water like to very pale straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green around the outskirts. Pronounced lime, lemon and green apple scents jump out of the glass followed by some orange zest and talcy mineral notes. Tangy lime juice and zippy lemon fruits show plenty of crunch with notions of mandarin and steely mineral characters chiming in on the back half. Racy acidity provides great focus to the long precise aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
