Fermented with 50% whole bunches and matured in French oak (15%) new for a period of 12 months. Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a bright red hue. Escaping the glass is a fragrant mix of violet, red cherry, strawberry and clove scents trailed by some earth and spice. Light, vibrant and juicy the palate is decorated with red cherry, strawberry and red plum fruits which sit over a clove and forest floor back drop. Polished tannins finishing fresh with a spicy and succulent red fruited aftertaste.
