Another phenomenal release from the deft hands of Luke Lambert. This Syrah sourced from the Tibooburra vineyard in Yellingbo, in the souther part of the Yarra Valley. Fermented using wild yeast and 60% whole bunches included. Matured in large, old, French oak foudre and bottled without fining or filtration. Phenomenal drinking now, but will develop wonderfully over the next 10-12 years.
