2021 Luke Lambert Chardonnay
2021 brought us this beautiful and delicate Chardonnay from Luke Lambert. Sourced from the Tibooburra vineyard in Yellingbo, in the souther part of the Yarra Valley. The wine saw wild yeast fermentation and wild malolactic fermentation and was matured in large, old, French oak foudre. Bottled without fining or filtration. This is a refreshing and alluring wine for enjoyment now, or for those with patience, further complexity can be gained by cellaring up to a further 10 years.
