2021 Long Gully Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct greenish tint to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach, pear and dried honey aromas are matched with cashew, nougat and spice notes. The refined mid weighted palate is generously endowed with flavours of white peach and dried honey which sit over a cashew, citrusy nougat and spice back drop. Gently creamy in its feel yet also fresh it concludes with a medium to long aftertaste that shows plenty of finesse.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
