2021 Lone Star Creek Vineyard Syrah

Deep dark red colour with black shaded edges and a bright purple red hue. Very fragrant plum and red liquorice scents infused with dried clove are followed by smoked meats, forest floor and pepper. Light to medium weight the palate is both supple and savoury with juicy fresh plum and red liquorice flavours overlaying clove, dried meats and peppered earth characters. Vibrant acidity and polished tannins with an elegant, stalky cool climate finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
