Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of passionfruit and gooseberry mix with grassy asparagus and spicy capsicum notes. The lively palate exhibits passionfruit and gooseberry flavours which are underscored by juicy acidity. Some grassy asparagus and subtle capsicum characters filtering their way onto the crisp dry finish.
