2021 Lethbridge Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green skirting the edges and a watery hue. Filling the nostrils are ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb scents which meld into notions of crème brulee, butterscotch, subtle bacon fat and spice notes. Carrying an air of freshness the mid weighted palate sees fleshy nectarine and peach fruits overlaying subtle dried honey, roasted almond, light crème brulee and spice characters. Finishes dry with a lick of citrusy acidity and a faint creaminess to the aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
