2021 Les Peyrautins Merlot

Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe mulberry, dark currant and tobacco mix with dusty vanillin cedar and spice notes. Medium bodied, the amply fleshed palate is generously endowed with dark cherry and blackcurrant fruit which melds into a dried herb, scorched earth and spicy tobacco back drop. Fine grained tannins with a ripe mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
