Matured in French oak on lees for 10 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle flashes of green around the edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and honeysuckle like aromas mix with toasty oak, cinnamon and spice. Light to medium weight and fresh yet fleshy in its feel, the palate features nectarine, citrus and bees wax flavours which meld into toasty oak and spice. Vibrant acidity with an elegant conclusion.
