Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach and apricot aromas intermix with honeycomb, crème brulee and hints of spicy bacon fat. Rich, full and creamy textured yet possessing ample underlying freshness, the palate features ripe peach, nectarine and apricot fruits over subtle bacon fat, crème brulee and spice characters. Nicely balanced with a long, generous finish.
