Midnight black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Blackpepper infused aromas of black cherry and liquorice drift from the glass trailed by some dried meat and scorched earth notes. Rich and meaty textured, the palate features juicy black cherry and liquorice fruits over scorched earth, dried meat and peppered herb characters. Ripe sturdy tannins impart a chewy feel onto the peppery mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
