Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and subtle apricot aromas meld into dried honey and spicy nougat notes. Rich peach, apricot and dried honey flavours carry an appealing textural roundness with some crème brulee and spicy nougat characters lurking in the background. Relatively soft yet fresh acidity with a cream tinged finish that shows good length.
