2021 Kooyong Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent red colour with a very light crimson red hue. A delightful combination of red cherry, winter strawberry and subtle violet scents are complimented by forest floor, dried herbs and plenty of spice. Light, elegant and deceptively long the savoury palate is layered with red cherry, winter strawberry and faint rhubarb flavours. Adding complexity are notions of forest floor, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Energetic acidity and a refined tannin structure lead into a long spicy red fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
