Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted lemon and lime aromas mix with green apple and steely mineral notes. Mouth watering flavours of lime, green apple and lemon show excellent concentration over a steely mineral infused backbone of racy acidity. Concludes dry, crisp and long.
