2021 Kingston Estate Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Ripe blackcurrant aromas mix with distinct cedary tobacco notes followed by some black olive and spicy bay leaf notes. Full in body, the palate is well endowed with rich blackcurrant fruit which fades into a vanillin cedar, tobacco, dried herb and spicy black olive back drop. Sturdy tannins impart a chewy feel into the ripe mid length finish that sees prominent vanillin cedar and tobacco characters holding court.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
