2021 Jericho Bracken Vineyard Shiraz

Matured in 60% new French oak for a period of 14 months. Dense black dark purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. Exuberant scents of dark plum, liquorice and ripe blueberry fill the nostrils followed by spicy vanillin cedar, subtle earth and peppered fennel like notes. Rich expressive blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits have an expansive feel across the medium to full bodied palate. Lying underneath are elements of blueberry, vanillin cedar and pepper. Polished tannins finishing with plenty of freshness on the long juicy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
