2021 Jackson Brooke Henty Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with gleaming green tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine, pear and lemon butter intermix with traces of bees wax and faint oily toast like notes. The elegant palate features fleshy nectarine and pear fruits over delicate lemon butter, bees wax and toast characters. Finishes dry and fresh with a light refined aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
