2021 Ingram Road Pinot Noir

Matured in French oak. Semi translucent red to dark to dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright red hue. Blossoming from the glass are perfumed like scents of violet, red cherries and strawberries followed by some anise, forest floor and spicy fresh herbs. The light, savoury palate features spicy red cherry and winter strawberry fruits over a delicate back drop of forest floor, fresh herbs and spicy cedar. Lively acidity and fine grained tannins with a fresh medium length conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
