Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Elevated black plum, morello cherry, liquorice and scorched earth aromas are overlaid with dried herb and spicy incense like notes. The juicy yet elegant mid weighted palate features morello cherry, dark plum and liquorice fruits infused with dried herbs over an earthy incense like back drop. Slightly grainy but well integrated tannins finishing with good freshness on the savoury, gently spiced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

This is spiced and savory with attractive crushed berries and notes of dried herbs and violets. Lovely texture with very fine, polished tannins and a soft, supple mouthfeel. Pure and delicious with hints of spices at the end. Touriga nacional. Unoaked. Drink or hold.
