Rich, opulent black fruits backed by ripe, slightly chewy tannins.
Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Prominent aniseed and black cherry aromas are intermeshed with subtlety toasted vanillin oak, earth and peppered fennel notes. Rich and opulently textured, the palate is awash with liquorice, black cherry and blackberry fruits which are melded to smoky vanillin cedar, earthy fennel and pepper elements. Ripe, slightly chewy tannins with a medium to long black fruited finish.
