Certified organic. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe pear, apple and honeysuckle aromas are followed by hints of almond and spice. Flavours of pear and spiced apple are ripe and fleshy in texture with subtle almond, honeysuckle and cinnamon characters also present. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a mid length aftertaste.
