Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges. Aromas of lime juice, lemon and Granny Smith apple are followed by steely mineral notes. Zippy lime and green apple flavours are intermeshed with lemon, cucumber, infusions of fresh herbs and minerals. Crisp, sour like acidity with a tense, racy finish.
