2021 Hirsch Hill Estate Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced yellow peach and honeycomb like scents mix with nougat and crème brulee nuances. Fleshy white peach, nectarine and melon flavours overlay a subtle back drop of biscuity oak and vanilla spice. Ripe yet fresh mouthfeel. Clean finish with brisk acidity and a hint of crème brulee lingering on the fruit driven aftertaste.
