There is just enough reduction present to blur the nuances of the fresh and cool aromas of citrus peel and various floral elements. There is good if not special concentration to the wonderfully sleek medium-bodied flavors that exude evident minerality on the balanced, dry and stylish finale that is firm enough to repay up to a decade of keeping. Drink through 2029+.

Allen Meadows - Burghound

Purchased grapes which went through a long slow alcoholic fermentation. Pale lemon colour, the bouquet is reticent. Plenty of stuffing here though, and weighted to the back, as we like. A fresh energetic finish, with good but not trenchant acidity. Drink from 2026-2031.
